You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. The Game
Sharp Leagues hosts free-to-play pick contests across supported formats. All game decisions, including pick grading, standings calculations, and entry outcomes, are final once recorded.
4. Free to Play
Sharp Leagues is 100% free to play. The Service never holds, transfers, or processes money, offers no paid contests, and awards no cash prizes. You play for standings and bragging rights.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share accounts, create multiple accounts to gain an advantage, or use automated scripts to submit picks.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to manipulate the Service, its scoring systems, or other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
Team names, logos, league marks, and statistical data are the property of their respective owners. Sharp Leagues is an independent game platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional sports league or team.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of game results, or uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
