What We Collect
- Account info: email address and username provided at signup (via Clerk).
- Game data: picks you submit, entry history, and streak statistics.
- Usage data: standard server logs including IP addresses and request metadata, collected by Vercel.
How We Use It
- To operate the game: track picks, compute streaks, and show the leaderboard.
- To send transactional emails about your picks and entries (if you opt in).
- To detect abuse and protect the integrity of the game.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not send marketing emails.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate Sharp Leagues:
- Clerk -authentication and account management.
- Neon -database hosting (Postgres).
- Resend -transactional email delivery.
- Vercel -hosting and analytics.
Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your game history is retained for the duration of your account. To request account deletion, email us at support@sharpleagues.com. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
